A Bite and a Blether is a collection of case studies from six different lunch clubs across Scotland. It looks at the different ways they run and how lunch clubs adapt to the resources available in different communities. It also looks at some directions for the future.CFHS and Consumer Focus Scotland also launched the report Meals and messages – a focus on food service for older people living in the community in Scotland –  on 21 June.
