Following on from the International Association for Community Development’s New Orleans conference last year, hosted by the US Community Development Society (CDS), they have produced a joint newsletter, focusing on stories about the power of community amongst the hardship and tragedy of recent natural disasters in many parts of the world. There are articles from India, the USA, Pakistan, Mesoamerica, South Africa, Thailand, New Zealand, Japan and Australia.
