Learning and Teaching Scotland is working with Scottish Government to support 17 WALT Challenge Fund projects across Scotland. Five projects have a specific focus on community capacity building, ranging from encouraging community research in Aberdeenshire and the city of Aberdeen to encouraging Time Bank development in West Edinburgh or encouraging third sector involvement in community planning in Argyll and Bute.
