Oxfam has just released a discussion paper ‘Whose Economy? Winners and losers in the new Scottish economy’. It explores the context that makes the need for a new economic development model apparent, and discusses deindustrialisation, economic policy, poverty, regeneration, employment policy, and much more. It provides the analysis from which the Whose Economy? seminar series (still underway) has emerged.
