The discussion paper ‘Towards a Low Carbon Economy’ sets out the Scottish Government’s plans to move towards a low carbon economy in Scotland, as part of the Government Economic Strategy.  It identifies the key dimensions of a transition strategy towards a low carbon economy, describes the approach and timeframe to develop the strategy and seeks to engage key stakeholders in the strategy process.
