The Scottish Government is developing a National Parenting Strategy to encourage agencies to work together to improve support to families. A consultation is apparently under way, and has been extended to the end of April, though no particular proposals or papers appear to be available. Instead, the Scottish Government ‘has asked partner organisations to engage with parents and others with a parenting role across Scotland, seeking their views on what would help them to be the best parents they can be for their children’ and will collate and publish feedback later in the year.
