The autumn edition of the Scottish Government Community Empowerment e-Newsletter is now available on-line. The newsletter includes an update on the work of five projects from across Scotland taking part in the Participatory Budgeting Pilots, and a feature on Best Value 2,which provides a national approach to public sector scrutiny, and its implications on community engagement processes and activities. Case studies of successful community empowerment are also provided.
