The Big Lottery has named the Scottish Community Foundation as its preferred partner to establish the new JESSICA Trust, which will invest £15m over 10 years in regenerating some of Scotland’s most disadvantaged communities. At the heart of SCF’s proposed approach is a commitment to invest in community anchor organisations.
