The Community Regeneration and Tackling Poverty Learning Network, supported by the Scottish Centre for Regeneration, has been one of the most active forums for discussing issues about community engagement in Scotland. Following the closure of SCR, it will focus on tackling poverty, and merge with another existing group to become the ‘Employability and Tackling Poverty Learning Network’. Apparently government is also ‘exploring a range of options to determine in what manner the community regeneration aspect of the previous network may be able to continue’.  Perhaps CDAS members have views on this?
