OSCR is seeking views on its new Public Focus Strategy , prepared in response to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010. The strategy sets out when and by what means OSCR will seek to continuously improve the involvement of users in the exercise of its scrutiny functions. The consultation closes 23 December.
