Angela Constance, Minister for Children and Young People has announced that there is to be a full review of the Unified Voluntary Sector Fund (UVSF), which coordinates direct funding for organisations working with children, young people and families, and of CLD HQ funds. The review is being overseen by an expert group chaired by Julia Swan, Director of Education Services, Falkirk Council. There will also be a consultation process. The group will not be making decisions about which organisations will get funding. For more information, email the Early Years Unit.
