Spending Review

The Scottish Government’s overall budget over the next three years will be cut by £3.3bn, 11% below the current level. The Spending Review as a whole appears to offer a standstill budget to the third sector, which is very positive in the circumstances, though presumably funds under local authority control are not part of this.
