Unicef has published a ‘report card’ comparing Children’s wellbeing across the ‘Western world’. According to the study, the UK has some of the lowest rankings for children’s wellbeing, including subjective wellbeing. Nordic countries have some of the best scores for children’s wellbeing as do the Netherlands and Spain. The report finds no obvious correlation between a country’s overall material wealth and children’s wellbeing.
