London charity Community Links has launched a piece of work, entitled “Deep Value”, which examines the value created when relationships in public services are effective. The research looks at the difference that high quality relationships between front line professionals and clients can make to the outcomes in public services; and shows how the quality of these relationships is essential to effective public service reform. It has also published a review of the current literature on the role of effective relationships in public services.
