The Altogether Better programme in Yorkshire and Humber commissioned the Centre for Health Promotion Research at Leeds Metropolitan University to produce 3 Evidence Reviews on the following topics:

• Empowerment and health & wellbeing
• Community Health Champions
• Mental health and employment

There are also three shorter evidence summaries that outline key messages and recommendations for policy and practice.
