OSCR has issued new guidance on control and independence in Scottish charities, to assist charity trustees in identifying potential risks and taking appropriate action. The new guidance, ‘Who’s in Charge: Control and Independence in Scottish Charities’, sets out key areas of concern and uses real life examples to inform and support the sector in meeting legal requirements.
