This report is based on research carried out by the One Planet Food project at Falkland Centre for Stewardship in Fife with the help of the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation. It is designed to bring the reader on a journey from the global impact of the food system to the possibilities of a particular region to develop a more sustainable alternative.
