The ‘Embedding Outcomes’ project Evaluation Report has recently been published. The project provided practical, hands-on support to a small number of CPPs, which was focused on helping the partnerships embed outcome-focused working in tackling poverty and community regeneration. The Evaluation Report summarises the main activities and outputs of the project and the learning that arose from it.
